My cables from Accusound all have the silent Neutrik ends on them. No need for a circut breaker switch. Just pull the cable from the guitar. Silence.

Planet Waves makes a circut breaker cable.Push a button and silently pull the cable out. Even better, I get my cables custom made from Accusound with silent neutrik ends on them. No button, no pops.
