Yes I agree with you Pierrel but there is still something I don't understand. Why does example 2 sound so good over a G7, why does example 3 sound so good over C, and why does example 4 sound so good ...

On example 8, measure 8, on a Bb blues, Robben plays a G7 and a Cm7........ I know that Cm7 and Gm7 are ii and vi of Bb, but is there a reason why these 2 chords are at this particular place? Thanks

Maybe my question will be a little too late for this subject but in the examples 2,3 and 4, playing the 3 same chords C, F, G, you use them over a G7 on example 2, over a C on example 3 and over a Dm ...
