Just caught Donovan. After about 25 years. Singing "Try and Catch the Wind." In a TV commercial for Volvo cars.
Thought I saw Mick Jagger and Keith Richards recently, too. In an ad for a mortgage company.
I won't be watching tonights Episode One of the Bob Dylan documentary on PBS. For fear that they'll be doing sponsor thank-you breaks featuring "Masters of War" as a promo for the new Nicolas Cage movie.
Gosh, we may only be minutes away from hearing Robben doing "Talk to Your Daughter" in a commercial for .... well, never mind. (Just picture the youngish but all-knowing Mom, having THAT conversation with her 12-ish appearing daughter.) _________________ - BlueRunner
