This photo is right out my front door. The Fire is buring in the Mountains 5 miles north of me...but we have 50 mile an hour gusting winds...

Scary stuff!!!!!!!!

Those are some GREAT photos. I saved a couple, if you don't mind. I especially liked the one (about the 4th or 5th, where the road is centered between some hills. Weird thing is, I was out in Vegas area a few years back, and started doing some little paintings based on the road, and dangerous conditions. Awesome stuff. You should get away from there though..............

So far, Northern California has been spared...my guest room will always be open to you and your family, David. This is getting eerie though...temp. dropped 30 degrees today (86º to 55º tonight...) and lots of wind. Global warming...ya think???
