Best wishes to everyone for a Merry Christmas, very happy holidays and a wonderful New Year. It may be a bit before I check back in. Of all places in the world, Christmas morning finds the BlueRunner in Kampala, Uganda. We have a daughter who is living and working over here for a year, and decided to come over to see her. (And it is indeed wonderful to see her again, having not seen her since she left the U.S. last July.) It is a very different world over here. Everything is fascinating.
The hostel where we are staying right now has internet access. Shortly, we take off for a driving tour of some of the National Parks here, doing a lot of camping. This will probably be the last time we see a computer terminal for a while, so I'll save up stories and let everyone know more about the trip once we return to the U.S. _________________ - BlueRunner
