Daved, earlier you illuminated us on the way professionals mark everything to eliminate confusion. On another forum there are some pictures of Robben and his rig at Safari Sam's. Input and output markings for pedals can be seen, but on the top of the EB volume pedal there is a big question mark. What does this mean? The only thing I could think of is to remind someone that if there is no sound, push that one down.

It also looks like the wah pedal isn't connected. Unless there are plugs added to the left side for some reason. The input jack on the visible right side is empty. Does Robben pull the cords to save the battery on breaks?

It is interesting that for all the fancy Furman and SKB pedalboards gear freaks carry around, both Robben and Landau have things just laying on the floor or sitting on a piece of plywood in Mike's case.

I may be totally wrong here, but at this Safari show, Robben had trouble
starting the first set. He was getting no sound using the pre-setup. I believe he disconnected something (Wah??) and voila. And, I don't remember him using a Wah the remainder of the night. That might explain the disconnect.
JConstant and others from the forum were there and can verify.

I've wondered why Robben doesn't use a small pedal board with a power source, such as the SKB PS15, to hold those three pedals. They're not very large and the pedals can stay connected and in place all the time. For a gig you plug in the power cable, the guitar in and amp out and you're in business. I used one until I outgrew it pedal wise, and I was really happy with it.
