I recently spent an afternoon in Nazareth, PA., at the Martin Guitar Factory. Visitors can take a free 1-1/2 hour
tour through the factory and see how these beautiful guitars are made. There is also a "play area" in the lobby
and an enclosed "play room" for anyone wanting to test out many of the guitars manufactured at this facility.
I hope you enjoy my photos Very Happy

RWFTB. Wow! As the proud owner of Martin Custom Shop OM-28, I loved your photos. What a great field trip.

Very nice, RW!!! Always wondered what gave Martins their tone.
It's the clothspins!!

Thanks for the pictures!

Cool Thanks RW! Gotta' get there some day. I'll only be 84 when their Bicentennial rolls around, so maybe I should start planning.

Marin, do you still have pictures of the luthier making your guitar ? You posted them a few years ago, I think.

It would be interesting to see them again.

Thanks Marin!

Those are some big inlays on your fretboard Exclamation

Do they sound different than wood when you bend or hammer on them?

I don't notice any difference...I think that they're only eye candy. Very Happy
