The only question is, will Daved be adding it to his huge CD collection?

Not exactly Zorro, but it'll hafta' do.
Honest, I wouldn't have had the faintest idea had the dude not taken out a FULL PAGE AD in the latest edition of Acoustic Guitar. My subscription is running out, and I've been considering not renewing (it's just too painful looking at pics of axes I'll never be able to afford), and this may be the last straw. _________________ - BlueRunner |

If Guitar Player ever dares publishing a full page ad of this "dude", in the recycle bin it goes (or in the fireplace, now that the cold New England winter is near)...
Speaking of dudes, has anyone heard the latest Steven Segal album? Believe it or not, it's his second (blues) album, and it's actually gotten very good reviews. His first one reviewed well too, but I got a kick out of this one: "My neighbors next door would not move out until i started playing this music all the time." |

Hey, if I could get James Cotten and Hubert Sumlin to record with me, I might not sound half bad, either. Actually, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise when someone who can act (or at least act like they're acting like an action hero) can sing and play a guitar, too. Talented people sometimes get all of the talent. Look at Jimmy Cagney. Great as a gangster, but just as great tap-dancing and singing. Now if we could just get Governor Arnold Schwarznegger to cut some blues grooves. _________________ - BlueRunner |
