Many years ago I was at the Bottom Line in NY. THe house was only half full. Sting was sitting at the table next to mine. Later he got up and jammed with Robben. What a night it was. I never missed a show when he was in town and turned a lot of people on to him.
I haven't seen Robben in many years and have been a fan for 20 some odd years. I moved to south Florida 7 years ago and I need a Robben fix. I wish he would play down here sometimes. _________________ Jack R

Damn...I didn't know that Sting had played with Robben. I sure would love to hear a recording of this , I just love both artists.

I'm with you. Another South Floridian who loves Robben.
There is a torrent out there with Sting on 2 songs, "Ain't no Sunshine" and a blues, "Down So Long". Nothing special if you ask me though. To me, that kind of singing is not String's forte.

Dal used to send out a Robben Ford newsletter many years ago and I remember a picture of Sting on stage with Robben from that show. I would have loved to have been there because Sting is a tremendously gifted artist. _________________ "Somebody's got to make some music around here." - Robben Ford
