Merry Christmas to one and all, and your families (Robben and his too!), at the Robben Ford Discussion boards, especially Daved & Kirk95 for making this all happen, and bringing this great community together.

May you all have a great New Year too!

Don't over do it with the Turkey & mincepies &

All the best,

DD

I was going to compliment DD for using the greeting Merry Christmas. Like bluenote alluded to, saying Merry Christmas is considered incorrect and even offensive, and the safe greeting is Happy Holidays. How ridiculous!

Oh dear! I never meant to offend anyone. Here in the UK we are still (just!) getting away with it (Merry christmas, that is), but I feel we too will sucumb to the "correctness" of it all. 4 & 5 year old children are no longer allowed to sing "Baa, Baa black sheep" at school, for heavens sake. Anyway, I am going to use "Merry Christmas" until the day "Father Christmas" becomes "Father Holiday" Wink

Well, I will wish you all a happy New Year now, including those who celebrate at different times of the year.

DD
