Greetings friends, as requested here is my introduction:

Name: John N Wilson
Occupation: Live Sound Mix Musician, Recording Engineer, Producer

I had the great fortune and honor of mixing FOH and Monitors for Robben on his last visit to Jazz Alley here in Seattle, WA. What an amazing talent!

In any case, as noted I am a professional live sound mix musician (sound engineer) here in the Seattle area. My primary house gig is at the Admiral Theatre in Bremerton, WA. I moonlight at other venues such as Jazz Alley and am currently the band engineer for Blind Floyd (a local Pink Floyd tribute band).

I have nearly 10 years of on the job training in live sound and at least an additional 10 years training as a classical pianist.

My passion is music and I am very blessed to be able to make my living doing something that I love. I look forward to meeting new friends and learning from others on this list!

John

Good afternoon everyone,

My name is Carol, and I'm brand new to this site, but in no way brand new to Robben Ford' music.
I have been a fan for quite a number of years.
I live and work in Southern California. I play drums (not very well), and guitar (even worse than drums). But enjoy them both no matter how bad I am.
Although it's rather difficult to state who my absolute favorite musician is, I do certainly have a cream of the crop list, which includes, Eric Clapton, Chris Rea, of course Robben, Buddy Guy, Snowy White, Neil Peart, Bill Bruford, Carlos Santana, the list goes on and on. I'm looking forward to joining in some of your chats.
I will be seeing Robben at the Malibu Inn on 2/14, and at the Coach House on 2/15. We be losing alot of sleep this week, but Robben Ford is certainly worth it!
