Hey, can anybody help me with Prison of Love, I'm sure quite a few of you know this one already!

Played in G? Well the version I have anyway, I'm looking for the 2 chords before the stabs on the D9. The whole ' now you're gone
and it's my turn to suffer' bit.

Any help appreciated!

Hey Paddy,

The chords for that secton are Eb9 for the "now you're gone", and then C9. Also, try using D7#9 for the stabs.

I was just playing that tune, and saw your post.

Have fun!

Rob

I think I'm also hearing the #5 so I play D7#9#5 on that one.

I play a standard C9 without the root:

---3---
---3--
---3---
---2---
---x---
---x---

In fact, same goes for the Eb9 and the quick slide up to F9 right before the 'and it's my turn to suffer'...

And for those stabs Too Many Gittars mentioned, every other one is just a single G note (4th string, 5th fret)

Ah, they sound awesome without the roots in!

Thanks for all your help guys, I'm sure it won't be long before I'm back here for more! Chevrolet is next on the list but I'm getting a handle on it alright!
