I've been looking for a few of his older books too, only place I have seen them is on used book sites like campusi.com
type in ISBN
I keep figuring that I will see them sooner or later at old guitar store but no luck.
Often wondered if there ever was a book for "Discovering the Blues"? _________________ Strats with surfers & blonds, Teles with fralins & novaks, Bruno Cowtipper |

I see that there are several Robben Ford books currently available at Portland, Oregon's Powell Books
( http://www.powells.com/s?kw=Robben+Ford&x=55&y=11 ),
one of the largest book stores in the U.S. and a longtime favorite of mine for finding obscure and O-O-P books.
If they don't have what you want in stock, put in a request and if a copy comes in, they'll contact you. _________________ B C-ing U!

Hi Thierry,
The ISBN is 0-7935-8997-5 . My copy says on the inside cover " This publication is not for sale in the EU" So it might be hard to find over there as Hal Leonard maybe doesn't have distribution there?
There's a used book chain around here called Half Price Books and i'm always on the lookout for used Robben songbooks. If and when i come across one i'll try and pass it on.
Best of Luck,
J
PS Might try Advanced Book Exchange

Thierry, I did the Amazon pre-order on a couple unavailable RF books, increased my bid, and "Supernatural" came up. Got it for 25 bucks, now see if she comes in the mail. Might be an idea to try. _________________ Strats with surfers & blonds, Teles with fralins & novaks, Bruno Cowtipper |

Love you Bluejack and thank you all for your help |

T,
I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune, i know you were looking awhile and excited to find it. Probably could get a refund, but that's a costly hassle being overseas. Keep your eyes open, there's a copy out there for you.
In the meantime, if there's a particular song or two you're really itching for, PM me and i'll see about arranging to mail you them.
Cheers,
J |
