Hey Doc - that is a cool review of your new cab in the December issue of Guitarist (UK)!! Congratulations and may you shift many units.
You were right about selling my Boogie V Twin by the way - missing it a lot for recording work - I'll have to buy another in time....
Too many things to buy, too many kids needing computers and stuff.....I need some well paid gigs! I still think we need to start up a 'frustrated guitarists benevolent fund'. Regards to all here present.......hope the US mob had a great Thanksgiving!
Actually we started this “company” (just me and Mr. Peter Morris) after I met Pete and asked him to built a cab for me. It worked and we thought we can sell some very special custom orders.
Unfortunately in one year we’ve sold only six cabs, probably because of their high price. Pete spends minimum three days to totally hand build them and I do the electronic work inside in 5 - 7 hours including front and rear mic placement and testing in studio.
I never really made any money out of it and probably never will, but I just love perfect gear and I can have it free !
Actually you can win one of our cabs for FREE in Guitarist mag contest – you have to answer simple question about speaker impedance or something. I think it is from new year’s edition.
V – twin is a lovely pedal, especially after mod (I hope I’ve sent the diagram to you)
But I think new Xotic BB+ double drive will be something special very soon.
Check it out on

I can't believe you haven't sold more - the article makes it sound like you have! The spec is fantastic. You need to sell a couple to Joe Walsh or someone and you'll soon have an order book.
If I had the money, I'd buy one tomorrow - but then I'd need a head to go with it! Pedro (who hangs around here occasionally) has allegedly built some very fine clones - so you never know, he might make a good buddy for your project.
Meanwhile, I'll make do with my Bassman re-issue and will take your advice and check out the BB+ I've got the BB pre-amp which I use with an OCD and they cover a heck of a lot of ground. Back to my business stuff now - burning the midnight oil again........thank heavens for this discussion page!
