Daved,

Now a guy named Steve Snider (not the guy who made the original claim about Robben loving the pedal) says:

"sheesh. Cannot get the negative crap. RF tried this pedal at his house with Taku in the room. Don't know if he "loved" it but time will tell. I personally think it's much better than the Zendrive. If DaveD his tech says Robben never played the pedal he is full of shit."

But still not a peep from guy who first made the claim.

It's the problem of forgetting about the goal (aiming at ? ) and just focusing (but hard fuckusing) on the means . Just like these stinky dope dealers way back in the seventies. It's what i like with all my "masters" and my hero Jimi , some do spiritual , "healing" music, others they just stir it up.

Then I asked him to explain again and still no straight answer. Later I get a PM from the Jim Fogarty guy he mentions above:

Really, there's more to the story.......Daved's a good guy, but he's wrong in this case. Robben HAS played this pedal and seriously digs it. The one Daved has is a new version.

Ths has gone so far overboard and gotten so nasty that I understand Eddie not wanting to post about it anymore.

No one cares if you like the pedal or not........but you really need to knock off ripping the guy, and maybe even delete your posts or shoot him an apology.

Shoot him an apology? Are you kidding me?

Anyway, I'm done with the whole silly thing. For some strange reason the OP couldn't come up with a simple explanation for the conflicting stories. He could have resolved it at any time with a straight answer but chose not to. Very strange.

Hi jim, I think is this case you were that way of tease i always go for , trying to keep my borderline over a groucho marx attitude. That was a hell of fun , too bad that went nuked . Not necessarly by an adm. May be & surely by the OP himself in my way of thinking. One of my last post was about : " one can play a thing a few minuts and think ""i'll try it later (coz it mightworthes it ), then others people witnessing this might think a whole cartoon in their head. As Simple...........But to make it hort it was FUN
