Has anyone tried to work out the changes to this one?

I messed with it last week, and think I have some of it:

Eb Ab Eb Cm7 Gm Cm Bb Ab Eb/G Bb Cm(add9) Ab Fsus4 (E String walk up F F G G# A Bb ) Ab/Bb

So, am I close?

39 looks, and no responses? Neutral

No one has tried to pick this one out? Man, I really dig this tune! I think it's a nice tribute, with a fu, loose feel to it.

Oh well, I'll keep plugging away at it. But, if anyone has any thoughts...........

Budda,

I couldn't leave you without any info, so I took a quick look.
I too like this song, but didn't transcribe it yet.
BTW; there is a live-version here, that I took as a wobbly example, because I don't have the record.

Ab Eb Ab/Eb Eb Dm7 Cm7 G7#5
Cm7 Cm7/Bb Ab6/9 Eb/G Bdim
Cm7 Ab Fsus4 for the first part.

Hope this helps

Cool Jazzblues.

Thanks for the response! I thought I was the only one interested in this tune. Razz

Anyway, I'll mess with those changes this afternoon, (or ASAP) and tell you how it went.

Man, I looked over the Changes in the other Thread. But, I still don't think they're correct. Does anybody have the Voicings?

I'd really appreciate any help.
