I just came across this site yesterday - I was on the mikebloomfield.com site, looking at some East-West tab that had been posted, and thought I'd come over hear and badger Robben and others to perhaps do some more MB tab (I know, "dream on, Dude") - not to mention tabbing something I could hope to play - the East-West tab is way over my simple 12-bar blues head.
Anyway, nice site. I'm a rank novice (as opposed to a rank beginner), but am taking my first formal lesson today(!), and just mailed my check and registration for Robben's January 09 clinic in Ojai. Whenever I can (meaning whenever I'm near waves) I paddle out, so I'm also looking at that January trip as an opportunity to get some salt water up the nose.
