Does anybody know the chords for 'Lateral Climb'?

The missing chords are these 3;

Bm7 ? ? ? E9
Hands up people, it's nothin' but a literal climb

i've only seen the YouTube video a few times, i don't have the record, but here's guess for the next chord string/fret:
6/9-4/7-3/9-2.10.

then i see he uses a cm7 shape (frets 11-9-9-9 type thing) so maybe after the chord above (which is a A w/3rd in bass) a climb from D (7-7-7 with 3rd in bass on 5/9).
