As the title says, I would like to find a Baker RF model guitar.

Any suggestions?

I have seen them on this board occasionally for sale, but have always been too late!

Thanks.

Great Forum!

Black Creek Guitars in New Paultz, NY has original and B3 Bakers from time to time http://www.blackcreekguitars.com/Site/Welcome.html.

The last time I was there (summer 2007), they had Robben's famous Black Baker which they didn't seem in a hurry to part with.
I had the pleasure of holding it and noodling on it for a few minutes. Not one bit of mojo rubbed off, unfortunately...

Wow, he sold the black Baker? I love the look of that guitar, and it sounded awesome live. Surprised he let it go.

Johnny, did you happen to plug that black Baker into that "divided by 13" amp sitting behind you? I heard a few of them and from what i heard they are pretty awsome. Couple that baker with one and look out!!!

Nah, didn't plug it in. I only held on to it a few minutes since my crappy playing wasn't doing that fine instrument any justice...

I asked the owner what his price was and he said he wasn't really looking to sell it but if someone offered him 15 G's he'd let it go...

You can also try Gbase ( http://www.gbase.com/Stores/Gear/GearList.aspx?GS=Y&PageIndex=1&PageSize=25&SF0=11&SD0=1&SF1=10&SD1=1&SF2=12&SD2=1&F1=2&F2=2&F3=2&Keyword=baker&Track=Y )
No RF model in sight though...

PierreL,

Thanks for the links, and also for attempting to keep this thread on message.

Ed Roman's reputation is well known on this forum, can we please try to leave him out of this thread.

Thanks

Ian,

I live in Germany, but I am from California and visit there periodically.

I am willing to buy one worldwide.

Any ideas?
