Here's a new recording of "Revelation" everyone here might enjoy. It's by Take 7 and the Brown Jackets. It might feature the late Spanky Alford on guitar, but I'm not sure. I think it's available on a spiritual DVD, "Soulful Christmas", released by Madison Avenue Records.

I ordered "Soulful Christmas" and am very pleased with the dvd. "Revelation" is beautiful, as is every other song on the disc. Eddie "Spanky" Alford was a mighty talented player. All seven band members are great musicians.

It's a wonderful program, great camera work and excellent sound quaility. No smoke and mirrors, just live music the way it should be presented.
