Have Eric Clapton and Robben Ford done anything together? Robben may be more techincal but I still think it could be a great match up. They are my current top two faves so I posed the question for purely selfish reasons.
PS Daved I spoke to you briefly at the Monterey bluess festival in 07 after Robbens set. You were very polite and respectful, and I appreciated the opportunity to ask some very basic questions about gear. Thanks for the site as well.

I've been asking the same question. Also curious why Bonamassa wasn't there. Suppose he will be after the Royal Albert Hall gig. If there's another Crossroads.
