The Throckmorton is a beautiful venue. I attended Djangofest San Francisco there last June.

I just heard about the Robben/Jonathan duo project on the Throckmorton site. Jonathan's a local guy, and an amazing player. This should be something to see. Now if only Robben would wander down to Jonathan's Wednesday night gig in Oak View....

I got to hear JM in Ojai, when he supported Robben a couple years back. He covered many styles and played great. Good sense of humor too.
Should be great to see him with Robben.
I'd like to see Robben put out an acoustic album. Not much out acoustically except the Authorized Bootleg cd and a track from Taylor's Wood and Steel series. It's a whole new side of Robben.

BTW, I booked a ticket for the RF and the Ford Bros in Sacramento on April 1st. It's only a 5 hour trip. No brainer!!!
Really looking forward to that.
