Anybody use Amplitube 3 and get something like an RF tone out of it?
There's a amp sim I came across yesterday that gets pretty close; check it out:
http://www.scuffhamamps.com/
Note I'm not affiliated with these guys in any way; just thought some people might be interested.
In the meantime, I've got Amplitube 3 and can't seem to get too close to what I'm looking for with it -- any help would be much appreciated! |

try amplitude fender amps. they sound real close and fender endorses the product. dont be afraid to use a pedal with it. |

I've tried the fender twin and super models with various overdrive style pedal emulations and I get a nice sound, just not quite the smoothness I'm looking for. |

use a pedal not simulator. treat the amp software like an amp..... use small compression and good overdrive pedal...... |

I bought the Scuffham.
Greatest sounding guitar amp sim ever!
When Mike finally gets a Reverb to be used in standalone mode, I'll gig with a laptop, audio/MIDI interface, Footcontroller and FRFR speaker system.
