http://youtu.be/tE-q6eZcOQY

if you look at that video, from 1:07 to the end of that chorus, what are those forms?

1:07 is audibly a F#7, but what Robben's fingerings of that and the few chords after that?

thanks!

nice playing.
at 1:07 there is a Db9 followed by two chords, then it stops.
so, Db9, ? , Db7.
? = 6/A, 5/x, 4/G, 3/B, 2/C#
right? right.
last chord is:
6/x, 5/Db, 4/Gb, 3/B, 2/Db, 1/x (Db11).

YAY ME! finally!

so, i guess the next to last chord (A9) is functioning as dom blll (passing chord).

?

p.s. i have no idea what you wrote! Bes7? Fis7?

YES. excellent playing! i watched many!
now i can understand a Dutch chord chart! :-)
if Es7 is dom7...where is Edom in this song? not Ees7? Ees=Eb, yes?
so simple...sooo lost!

also, after A9, i "see" C#11... 5/C#, 4/F#, 3/B, 2/C#, no? <-- last chord after B section.

so, sometimes in blues composition...you end up on V chord and slide it up 1/2 step then back, e.g., Db9, D9, Db9.
here, maybe, Db9, A9, Db9? A9 is ? Db9 sub?

p.s. i have learned many chords (and lyrics) from both RC albums!
soft in back jeans, saint and satan, nazareth...a few of my favorites.
also, on. mountain and too much of nothin'.
really great music. best i've heard in a long time. new album hasn't quite made to to my turntable yet, oh, virginia...maybe first up.
