Does anybody know the ending chords to Ain't got nothing but the blues?

I was able to figure out the bass line here:

A♭-D♭-G♭-B-E-A-D-G-C

I think these might do the trick (for the part after his last vocal cadenza).

G#m11 / C#13 / F#m11 / B13 / Em11 / A13 / Dm11 / G7#5#9 / C13

The 13 chords also need a b5 to be correct and the voicings are only played on the first 4 strings ;)
