Not sure about the rest of y'all but this is on tasty riff. Have any of you nailed the transcription or chords on this? I am close, but have yet to get it.

Hi Nick,

There's a video I thought I had of Robben talking through the chords on this thing and then playing several verses of it as a jam track to use. I bought the thing back before he had the relationship with TrueFire and now I can't find it. I'll keep looking though and let you know if I do find it.

Jim

Thanks Jim!
I have watched a couple of the YouTube flics but they are not clear. I have been trying to cop it but something is missing. What else is new!

Keep me in mind if you find it, greatly appreciated. I searched all thru Mickey Bakers jazz book...I have found 90% of his chords there...brutal book though! (:

I've got that book, too, Nick. You're right about that brutal thing!

I'll will say this about 'ol Mickey Baker. I get frustrated during my 1-2 hours a day of spaghetti chords, but I have been putting a couple into our weekend sets the past two weeks and I am hearing some positive feedback.
I was wondering it I would ever use half of this stuff other than playing at home, but I am kind of encouraged.

You're right about that. I've thrown in some of the chords from Robben's lessons and people always notice. It really helps when everyone else is playing the same old barre chords to be able to use voicing that complement instead of just adding to the mush!
