Hi Guys

Sorry if this is off topic but I've been lucky enough to be nominated in four categories in the British Blues Awards this year!

(Best Guitarist-Ron Sayer Jr, Best Album-Better Side, Best Song-Don't Make Me Stay & Best Band-Ron Sayer Band)

I wanted to spread the word about the awards and hoping I can persuade some votes out of some fellow players :-) even if you don't vote for me there are some amazing blues artists on the list and you just might discover a new favourite!

Voting opened today and finishes on the 30th June.

Cast your vote here if you want!

Many thanks for getting this far

Ron

Not at all off topic, and congratulations Ron!!
Quite an accomplishment!

Good luck to you and your band, but I'm sure that being nominated is an honor in itself.

Absolutely superb. Compliments! May I ask what gear your were using to get that sound with your tele? Mine certainly doesn't sound like that Sad Sad Sad

Hope nobody minds if I sneak this in here ... Guitar sounds a bit brittle but then that's recording with a camera in a British pub:

Damn, Ron, that's all kinds of awesome. If you wouldn't mind coming to the U.S. and doing a bunch of shows in California so I can come see you live I'd really appreciate it.

Very Happy
