Guys, maybe you could help me . I can get a quartet of G12-65 for really, really cheap. From the chassis codes the guy gave me, they seem to have been manufactured in 1982. Would they be considered as "good" G12-65s ?

The only complaints I've heard about are the recent reissues. Jeezz, if we're going to get into the exact year of C65 we're in trouble. This gets into what I heard called "cork sniffer" teritory.
If you don't like them, I'm sure you can unloads them easily. I've heard that the Two Rock guys are scouring eBay to fill orders from customers that heard Robben uses them. Maybe Daved will make you an offer _________________ There are no such things as wrong notes, there's only the look on your face.

Hey guys. I was wondering if u could help me out. I recently got a peavey 4x12 from a guy for 150 canadian. And i opened it up and saw that there were 4 rola celestion g12-65's. I was wonderin if u guys could give me an estimate of how much the cab is worth. And they are original speaker. Not reissue. The cab is from what ive been told 8 years sold. So if u guys could gie me an extimate that would be amazing. And let me know if peavey ever used celestions?
