Marin,
Prego. I really do like it. In fact, I would enjoy hearing the rest of it if there is any more to it.

I am afraid not....I just had that piece of the backing track.

Here's another jam track I did with the Banzai. This time it's a Tele as guitar and the genre is different (fusion, slightly wilder):

Hi All;
As I am a novice player I don't know a lot about effects but after reading wome of the posts what I thought of the pedals I have was right, they sound nasal. So, I would like to get a fireball as they sound pretty okay, nice music Marin. Has anyone tried the Banzai rising sun by any chance and are there comparable pedals easier to get than the fireball ll. I have to say that all you guys are awesome players and your discussions on various parts of what constitutes being a guitar player have helped me to head in a more positive direction., I was floundering around, noodling everyday instead of practicing and listening and reading what you have to say has helped me get out of the rut I was in.
Thanks to all
Burnie

Hi Burnie,

I havn't played a Fireball, so I can't comment on it. Although, you know.. if it's good enough for Robben! Very Happy

Actually, I think the neat thing about the Fireball pedals are they are almost fully "tunable".. meaning.. you can really dial them in to whatever you want them to sound like. Especially the mids and compression setting.

I have wanted one myself for a while.. like you said though, they are kind of hard to come by.

I'm not sure exactly what sound you are after. but I can honestly recomment the AC Booster pedal by Xotic. It really has a D*mble vibe to it. I know kirk and scottl like them as well. They are quite a bit less expensive, and a lot easier to get a hold of.

Also, the Analogman modified Boss SD-1 is a great pedal. For those ts-808 type tones. OD with more of a mid hump in it. Those are the only two OD pedals I use.

Hope that helps..

Patrick

Thanks for the input. I ust got on Olafs' website and it looks like he is still taking orders so maybe I will try to get one. Im in a lot of trouble-gas has overtaken my will to resist-but life is meant to be lived not worried about-rational thinking to the rescue.
