I just bought a BadCat mini Cat, 5 watt class A amp for recording and practice. Has a 10 inch alnico, custom made Jensen speaker.

This amp is really sweet sounding and resposive to the touch. I play a 57 reissue LP, and a custom shop tele. I'm really happy with it.

When I finally move my computer into my studio, I'll post some clips for everyone to hear.

Anybody want to weigh in on BadCat amps? I like to get a discussion going. I'm thinking about buying another BadCat perhaps the 30 watt HOT CAT....
