These are my photos from the Mohegan Sun Casino show on 1/22/05. The last photo is me after the show, on a total high Very Happy , in front of Gregg's Hammond. Cool

There are 2 more photos that aren't here that you can see in the online discussion photos site. One is of Robben and me after the show, and the other is an actual set list that Daved gave me (thank you Daved!) that Robben signed for me.

Enjoy!

~JZ~

P.S. The photos on the photo site are numbered (ex. 31 Robben w/Gregg & Friends, 012205) Check out #'s 21 & 22- 22 especially shows how much fun Gregg & Robben were having playing together...

Great shots. I know it's hard with available lighting but you got some winners.

Interesting set up. There are some other pictures from a different show where the cabinet is laid on it's side. And all of these show the head on top, which is not Robben's usuall set up as Daved has explained to us before. Also, the amp looks turned down considerably from Robben's regular shows. Interesting mike placement too. Are the Tonkers that bright? When I mentioned Steve Kimocks angled miking technique, I meant that the mike points the other way. Smile

No, it was my Nikon Coolpix 4300 digital camera. It takes great pictures, but the lighting was low and most of my photos are without flash. I had to brighten them up quite a bit which affected their quality...

Aeolian
Since you seem to be interested in details like micing technique, amp setup etc.,
I just thought I would note that it appears that the amp for this tour is Dumble #2.
I'm assuming it's the amp pulled from the combo configuration (it's last home) and put into the new cream colored head cab. Perhaps Daved could verify sometime when things slow down a bit for him.
ALSO: note the pickups in the LP
