I see Randy Crawford recorded Two Lives on the Secret Combination album, but i don't see any mention of Robben playing with Bonnie on Sweet Forgiveness ? |

Hi Again.
You might be right, I can't find any reference to Robben playing on 'Two Lives'. I downloaded the track as 'Bonnie Rait - Two Lives (with Robben Ford) and never questioned it.
Sorry about that one (It's still a great track).

The solo on Randy Crawford's "You might need somebody"is played by Steve Lukather in his studioplayer days.
I don't know where I read that, I just remember looking that up somewhere, because I loved the solo in that song when it first came out as a single.
There is one great Robben Ford solo on Richard Elliot's "Initial Approach" on a song called "Capricorn" or something like that.
Also worth mentioning is The Generation Band's "Call of the Wild" with some great blues/fusion Robben Ford stuff on it.
