I think that many Word Processor Softwares have Translation features. So, maybe you could check there.
Also, I would call the local Consulate for each country, and ask if they have an interpreter who could help. After all, it is in the spirit of "reaching out" and "including/enriching" their Culture. So, they may be more helpful, when framed in such a Culturally Signifagant way.
One thing I would consider, though:
English is the International Language of Air Travel and Flight. All Pilots learn to communicate with the Towers, etc. in English.
Since you are producing these DVDs, maybe you could frame it in this way. Anybody working with the DVDs will learn the 7 Letters of the Musical Alphabet in English. Everything else could be explained in their Native Tongues. But, they gotta learn C D E F G A B C. Not too big a task.
