welcome in Cb, personnellement i prefer my zen with humbuckers, i might be a lazy guy but i didn't find my strat a great preset for.
But when i falled in the zen frenzy , i did. Oh yeah. And i don't regret it .
If it is good enough for robben it might be good for me .............Oh yes i like it very much and yes the tweaking is complex , but it's not "dumble in the box " . We all know that anyway.

Speaking about boss , i did a lot with the yellow one , i think it was one of the first OD, spent a lot of time before liking it , but i drowned it with the total wet thing : delay, comp, flange ...................blablabla..............

Are you trying to set a record deal withMrFORD ? Mister Blackwell?????
And what about the fuchs pedals ? I did try the Plush , cool , but i like my Zen better (granted the price you have to pay for this oveerthere)

Hi bluelobster,
Thanks for the greeting! First of all I guess I should explain that I'm Chris Blackwell the guitarist from Atlanta Ga.....not the famous Chris Blackwell Founder of Island Records.lol! As far as the Fuchs stuff..I do use and absolutely love the ods 100 head. I haven't been able to find one of the pedals that I can get on board with. I tried the plush but it didn't really do it for me. Also, I wanted to clarify, when I said the zen was complex I meant harmonically rich and not hard to dial in.Anyway, thanks again for the welcoming and I look forward to sharing my thoughts and opinions with you all from time to time.peace Laughing
