There is a series of books out called Gig Guides. I think Hal Leonard is the publisher. There is a blues 1st set guide and it has Caldonia in it. I found one at Books-a-Million.

The head is just arpeggios. Say in G it would be GGBD, GGBDCBG, then you use Bb over the 4 chord. (Robben explains these tritone substitutions in his clinics).
Then the second chorus is slide from Bb to B, DEGDGG, then the same tritone sub thing on the 4 using Bb instead of B.
I like using the ninth chord with the root on the high E string (what Robbenites call the "Insurance" chord based on Robben's arrangement of this song built around this chord) for the hits on first chorus. Done up high at the 15th fret.
