One of my favorite Jeff Beck songs. I was copying the Freedom tape into the computer and decided to put this in as well. Made on a little Sony cassette at a recent gig.
This song is really seductive. Beautiful head and lots of space. There is some movement to the background chords but no real changes to play over. You think of all the great things you want to do with it, but in the heat of battle you run out of ideas really fast. This was late in the evening so I stepped in a couple of holes too. Get the "Who Else" album to hear Jeff tear this up.
Kind of long, so I had to reduce the MP3 bit rate, but the original cassette wasn't very hi-fi anyway. Band is Don Thomas on drums and Dewayne O'Neal on bass. 335 and Fuchsen.
