I would query Robben or Daved about it. It sounds bogus to me.

Bill's got the real one. Don't know what kind of fraud laws exist in Italy but this is definitely bogus.

I remember Robben explaining that sanding the finish off the back of the neck. I don't see any pictures of the alleged TW one, but that would be a dead giveaway.
