I'm trying to find an original (not reconed) Celestion G12-65 ceramic 15 ohm speaker. Does anybody have one for sale?
Has anybody ever compared one directly to a Weber 1265? |

I Have an original 8ohm g1265 that I'd part with, it's not really that great of a speaker though--Have you heard one? I've never understood the excitement about this particular speaker. I'd trade it for an Altec 4178H with AlNiCo mag, or a blue frame celestion _________________ Resident Gear Hound!

There's a pair of those in a store here in Tokyo, but I'm afraid the price plus shipping would make them unreasonably expensive.
Anyone have any experience with the new Eminence speakers yet?

Why can't you just say "in my opinion" Funkalicous? I still use this speaker and enjoy the way it sounds, and Robben used the speaker for a long time. Was his tone bad for you on the Jing Chi live CD? |

Czesc Piotrek,
Looks like the G12-65 speakers Robben's using. How come all the labels are gone from the speakers?
You have a very nice cab there! Looks old (early 70's?). If so, the speakers are not original.
Pozdrawiam |
