Have anybody been listening to the CD with the artists 'Anders Blichfeldt & Danish Radio Big Band'. On this CD Robben plays a solo on the track called 'Highway 61'. I bought this CD to my wifes birthday because of the track 'Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word' that I heard over the radio. But after some listening to all tracks on the CD I just felt that the track 'Highway 61' contained some guitar playing that was rather in the stylish of Robben Ford. And a review of the recording details revealed that it is in fact Robben Ford performing a solo on this track.

YEAAAAAY, More Dylan !!!!!! Razz

You can listen to samples of this new album. Go to:

http://www.andersblichfeldt.dk

Click on "Diskografi"

Click on "Lyt til Born To Be Blue"

A media player window will open. Use the visual keypad to click on the track number you want to hear (#8 is Highway 61 with Robben Ford; #9 Upper East Side Blues, doesn't credit a guitar soloist, but it might be Robben as well??). Click on the Play button.

Danish singer Sanne Salomonsen released a disc called In a New York Minute some years ago. It contains a version of Little Wing with Robben on guitar (solo only). Great disc btw.

The Danes must be reading this board since Robben's credits have appeared! Smile

Of some reason I think he enjoys to visit Denmark. I saw him for the first time at an International Guitar Festival in Aalborg where he played with the Engqvist Orkester:

But since that he has performed several times in Denmark. So we must be lucky to have had so many visits by him in our small country.

I've seen Robben at least 4 times in Denmark. I'm in southern Sweden and it's usually the closest venue for me (instead of Stockholm). Unfortunately his latest concerts have been on Jylland or Fyn so haven't been able to catch him.
