I stumbled onto this website:
http://www.angelfire.com/retro2/croonerjd/

And inside I found:
http://hayjd180.tripod.com/songs/SarahVaughnKeyLargo.wav

My ALL TIME FAVORITE Sarah song...heck probably my favorite song by anybody!!! Smile This must be what it sounds like when you die and go to heaven. Cool

Lots of Nat, Ella, et al on the site, too.

Smile

Andy

A dear friend of mine, who is now in her late 60s, once said that she preferred Sarah Vaughan to Ella Fitzgerald any day ... Personally, I love 'em both. However, this song is just sheer magic. Thanks for bringing it to our attention! One of my all time favourites is George Benson singing "Stardust".

Perhaps being in your mid 50s ain't so bad after all Razz (at least not in my case)

Hey there Andy, how's B'MO' treating you? Hope good. I went to the link but it's not working. Bummer. I'm going to post a link for some tunes my group does and also lots of other D.C./Baltimore bands have MP3's on there as well.

Hey bbpgtr,

I just tried the link and it's working...I did see this disclaimer on the page:

"*Important Note
Due to the popularity of some of the artists you may find that the page is "Temporarily Unavailable due to excessive bandwidth usage on that site."

Just keep tryin', I guess.

Looking forward to that DC/Balto area music link! Cool

Andy

That's kool. Hope it works for you. If not I can email some WMA files or you can download MP3's after I put them Rapidshare for you. Just drop me a PM or email at bbpgtr@yahoo.com if you want them.
