Just want to let you all know......

Robben and Larry, March 17th at the IMAC theater in Huntington Long Island. It's billed as Larry Carlton blues band with special guest Robben Ford. For sure there will certainly be some serious jamming.

The venue recently got a new sound system, which is great because the last few shows I attended there sounded like crap.

Damn (can we say damn?), I'm on the wrong coast for this! Very envious of you, Rod, would love to be there to see and hear Robben and Larry play together.

Anyone know when Robben will be playing on the West Coast again?

Thanks for the reminder, Rod. I just bought my tickets! BTW, I listened to some of your samples on your web site. Nice! I have some, too. http://www.nobodysfoolweb.com. There are four complete tunes there - three Robben tunes. Recorded essentially live with vocal and lead overdubs. But, it's a very good represenation of the actual sound of the band. I borrow freely from Robben's licks where I think it is essential, and then add my own choruses to "complement." Haha.
