We lost another great voice this week - Wilson Pickett. For those of us growing up in the 60s, his voice was an amazing thing. And how many of us have not had to play "Mustang Sally" at one time or another! His version of Hey Jude (with brother Duane Allman on guitar), in my opinion, is the best Beatles song ever cut, period. Check it out.

The voice of Wilson Pickett is carved in my brain , always brings me back on sweet memories, nostalgia & souvenirs from my teen age.
