Daved,
I remember seeing you use one of the Peterson virtual strobe tuners at a Jazz Cafe gig in London, a couple of years ago.
In your mind, how good are they over the standard LED tuners, and is there a diference to the way the guitar sounds when tuned with the VS tuner?
Are there any things to know before forking out my hard earnt cash, i.e. tricky to use, etc?
Cheers,

Train your ears, this will do the trick very well ; granted that you trained yourself with a regular phone line in 440 and change strings once a week.

I got one a couple of months ago and just LOVE it. Very accurate and very easy to use. The true bypass is a must. I strongly recommend these. |

I've owned a VSII and now have one of the Strobostomp units, which I think Peterson are on a winner with.
Very easy to use and takes about 5 minutes to get used to. Significantly more accurate than LED tuners but not quite as big a step up from a good needle type tuner such as a TU12.
