Robben Ford Discussion

Hey, Y' all............

I have never seen Robben playing like last Friday on stage at Koblenz (Germany). Such power I have never see him use with a band.
He did the following songs on stage :
1. Chevrolet
2. Indianola
3. keep on running
4. the way you treaded me
5. homework
6. cannonball shuffle
7. up the line
8. moonchild
9. help the poor
10. it don't make sense
11. badge
12. love cup
His black BAKER is realy amazing, what a sound !
But after the show I couldn't hang out with Robben becaus he had to move to Austria that night. I talked instead with DAVED and Bob Malach.
I will see Robben on nov.3the at BONN and give a next report.
PS : "help the poor" was a little bit too fast, Toss !!!
Most favorite song : Moonchild : has Robben recorded this yet ?

Moonchild Blues is the full title I believe, anyway apparently before he left his last label and moved to Concord Records, this song together with possibly others was to form part of a new album I think. However due to contractual issues/ownership etc he has not been able to record andrelease this song commercially, so you will only hear it live and not on CD.

PS: If anyone know different please say, I am only going on bits of info I have picked up from other boards/people
