Whiel attending Robben's last clinic in Ojai, he mentioned that he plans on doing a "different" type of blues CD in the near future. I sure hope one of the songs he chooses is the Screamin' Jay Hawkins "I Put A Spell On You." This morning I was watching the video of the song with Russ Ferrante, Bob Malach, Will Lee, Alex Acuna, & Robben. Hands down.........one of the most beautiful interpretations of this song I've ever heard and I can hear Robben singing the vocals. It would be a wonderful addition to Robben's catalog. I guess we just wait and see. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to everyone on the discussion board, including Robben, Anne & Daved.
