I see on the Dive Bar’s web sight:

Landau trio and Stolenfish September 7th and 8th. I will not miss these shows. If anyone is in for a road trip, come to Vegas for these it should be a great relaxing time.

PS. This will be after my road trip to see Robben Ford with Mike in CA in a few weeks. I am one lucky mother father….

Road trip with an airplane?? I think you are due for the 2006 Mike Landau experience.

I will try and come up with some choice words to describe the performances. Tomorrow I am seeing Steely Dan, I can’t wait for that, we have very good seats.

Dive Bar anniversary weekend coming up, 9/7 and 9/8 with Landau trio and stolen fish.

Should be a great relaxing time, come one come all. Daved or Robben will get a free drink from me if I see them around.

So far so good, great time last night and looking forward to tonight. Stolen fish played for about 45 minutes then Landau played for about 55 minutes. Great set no surprises just about 7 or so Landau’s standards ( favorites ) “why you lie” etc….

The place was packed on a Thursday night I was very happy to see a big crowd. I am sure tonight will be crazy I have 3 or 4 people coming with me tonight so we will get there early and get the party started.

I briefly said hello to Karen, she seems like a very up type of person extremely pleasant. Mike seemed like he was having fun not a lot of presser here. I said hi to Gary too I told him i had a great time seeing him with RF last month.

I had a nice talk with Mike last night, he is such a cool dude. Mike hinted about a new release due out the end of October on 'tone center'.

I think it may be some live and some studio but I don't know about the line up.

Kirk Flethcher played on about half of the songs both nights, he is crazy good very Landau like. Mike and I talked about Scott Kinsey's new one that I just orderd very excited about that one and a new Landau pending.

I was able to hook up with some Fusion heads at the show, there are a lot of fans out there they just don't post like some of us.
