I happend to check the Blue Rock'it website this morning and saw that they've released the new live Butterfield/Bloomfield Concert CD. Needless to say...........mine's been ordered! I have a feeling there might be a few more orders today from folks on this discussion board! Can't wait to hear it!

My copy of "The Butterfield/Bloomfield Concert" arrived today and it immediately went into my car's CD slot and also copied to my iPod............excellent live recording of the Ford Blues Band with Robben & Chris Cain. The entire band really captures the essence of the Butterfield Blues Band, as well as Mike's playing with The Electric Flag. If you haven't ordered it yet, I'd highly recommend it. And, the live recording is rock solid, engineering wise. Pat Ford did a great job producing it.

Ditto to the above. Great recording of a great band in action. Robben handles all the vocal duties, and shares the guitar work with Chris and Volker, with Andy Just on harmonica. The guitar playing is excellent top to bottom--I think Cain really shines in particular.

Definitely recommended, and thanks again for letting us know about this.
