Just got my copy from Amazon.co.uk. They are selling the Euro release with the extra track if anybody is interested and at £11.99 a good price. They obviously realised that there are two versions as the US release version has a heading which is the Euro release number so scroll down the page until you get to it.
Looking forward to the Jazz Cafe gig in two weeks for my annual fix .

Nineacres, I think the translation seems to be universal...GIMME MONEY.
And PierreL, I don't like Euros...I miss the pretty stuff...especially the Belgian francs, where you could see what was in the king's head! (Did I really just write that???) I edited it...it was even more crass the first way I wrote it! Sorry _________________ www.elizabethgage.com

I've never been able to get a satisfactory answer to why CD's are so often released with additional tracks in countries other than the US. Does anybody here know why?
