Rodrigo and Gabriela are from Mexico. Their music is instrumental -- no singing. All the purcussive sounds you hear in their music comes from their acoustic guitars.

Their CD has nine songs (including two beautifully re-arranged covers -- Stairway to Heaven and Orion) and it is packaged with a DVD that includes concert footage, a documentary of their journey from Mexico City's Metal band scene to the making of their self-titled CD, and a very cool guitar lesson that breaks down one of their songs and shows how they play the percussive sounds you hear on this album.

Did any West Coasters on this forum see their recent show in Hollywood ?
