I was checking out this post in the Robben Discussion section on the chords for Prison of love and got the following chords for the turnaround from a post on the Robben Discussion section.
Ed9/ C9 / D#9 the timing isn't exact here, but it's the chords I'm interested in.
I'm wondering how to approach the Ed9 and C9 chords. I’ve been trying to play arpeggios and chord tones, but there must be a scale that applies to 9th chords which would make life easier.
Anyone out there have a suggestion on how to play over these changes?

I hear Eb9; you can play Eb Lydian Dominant=Bb Melodic Minor starting on
the 4th degree Eb.
C9; you can play C Lydian Dominant= G Melodic Minor starting on
the 4th degree C
I hear D7#9; you can play D Superlocrian =Eb Melodic Minor starting on
the 7th degree D.
On D7#9 you can also play a D half-whole (diminished) scale,
and then resolve back to G.
